Hey Jaylynn,
ReplyDeleteIt seems most of the articles you chose also relate to some of the issues that I encounter when I'm home. Hearing about the constant rising water level and decrease in beach size ultimately scares me for what's going to happen in the next decade and how soon enough the keys could start to be underwater. Also, getting a cold front every year helps deal with the invasive iguana issue as they freeze and fall from trees. The only problem is having to clean up all the dead iguanas in your backyard after they fall! Furthermore, your articles do a good job in demonstrating a specific problem that a person or organization has and your analysis makes the article stories easy to understand.
Hey Jaylynn, I thought all five stories you found were quite the selection. The new Universal water park is already seeking a bad rep and now have to pay a chunk of change over it. The iguana story is something I have never heard of and now that civilians have to watch out for iguanas falling out of the trees can most certainly be a problem. Overall, you did a great job of providing good analysis for each story and describing who really has the problem. Solid job!
